We are very grateful to our donors for supporting the mission of Children and Youth Salvation. Your generous donations helped us to provide backpacks and school supplies to close to 200 children in the Jamaica Queens area.

A great turn out, lots of children on August 26th between 3-5pm as we give free backpack with school supplies to every kid that join us on this special event.

Your support gives the children of Bartica hope!

Because of your support, we were able to help the children of Bartica, Guyana, with backpacks & school supplies. Some of these kids walk miles, some travel from riverine areas and others have higher risks on their journeys to and from school. We also would like to show our appreciation for Natasha Harper and her team, for organizing such an extraordinary event that brings a smile to a child’s face.

Happy Easter From Children’s Youth Salvation

Children and Youth Salvation- Happy Easter, because of your support we were able to share the joy this Easter 2016, giving out Kites to children in Guyana. Thanks to all that volunteer at N.T.B. church.

November Holiday Project

Children and Youth Salvation had the opportunity to collect and prepare clothing, toys, food and school supplies for underprivileged children in south America, Guyana for their 2015 Christmas Holidays. With the help of the community, we will hopefully be able to put smiles on the children’s faces these Holidays.

Summer Recycling for Underprivileged Children

As the summer months started, many New Yorkers started collecting empty bottles and cans from parks, streets, commercial areas, and apartment buildings, which help financially in many different ways.

Children and Youth Salvations Summer Recycling Program for underprivileged children recycled bottles and cans during the summer months from June to August in order to help underprivileged children, especially single parents in need of materials for back to school here in NY and around the globe.

Summer recycling helped provide:
1. Physical exercise for board members and supporters.
2. Raise funds for Back to school supplies, pencils, pens, books, rulers etc. for children in need.
3. Sharing self-respect training programs empower children with self-responsible, self-control, self-confident, self-motivation, self-improvement, which increases the personality of a child.
4. One recycled bottle or can helps put school materials in the hands of a needy child.

Streets Project, Essequibo, Guyana

It a blessing and joyful feeling giving Clothing and school supplies to children on the streets of east bank Essequibo, Guyana. To see their happy face as they receive just one ruler, pencil or piece of clothing.

Children, if properly clothed with school material and self- respect training are more inclined to break poverty and abuse.

Children and Youth Salvation is working strongly toward making that difference, and preparing every underprivileged child for a better life.

Church Projects Guyana

Children and Youth salvation works hand to hand with churches in less developed communities. Here in Guyana, East Bank New Testament Baptist Church we supply children with clothing and shoes.

Parika Project

Traveling from east coast to west coast of Guyana in a village called Parika, there are so many hard working, loving families in need of help. As little as a piece of clothing makes a great difference in their life.

Parika Street Project

As night falls in Guyana , we manage to get around Parika village giving toys to children on the streets and homes, a smile from each child brings forth great joy to us.
